Abstract

本发明涉及一种含铬钢球中铬硅含量控制方法,以组分统一的铬铁和组分统一的废钢作为原料,在所述铬铁中,测定铬的百分比含量为m1,硅的百分比含量为n1,在所述废钢中,测定铬的百分比含量为m2,硅的百分比含量为n2,根据公式(1)和公式(2)计算铬铁的重量A和废钢的重量B,其中,m为所述含铬钢球铬的设计百分比含量,n为硅的设计百分比含量。本发明中,在生产操作之前根据高铬钢球中铬硅含量,根据公式计算得到原料铬铁和废钢的重量,最终得到的高铬钢球中铬硅含量即可满足设计要求;相比较于现有技术,在生产操作过程中无需通过添加硅铁来调节硅含量,实现了高铬钢球中铬硅含量的精确控制,并且简化了操作步骤,降低了操作风险。
The invention relates to a chrome-silicon content control method of a chrome-containing steel ball. The method comprises the following steps: by taking chromium iron and waste steel uniform in component as raw materials, in the chromium iron, measuring the percentage of chrome as m1 and that of silicon as n1; in the waste steel, measuring the percentage of chrome as m2 and that of silicon as n2; and calculating the weight A of chromium iron and the weight B of waste steel according to formulae (1) and (2), wherein m is the designed percentage of chrome in the chrome-containing steel ball and n is the designed percentage of silicon. According to the method provided by the invention, before production and operation, the weights of the raw materials chrome iron and waste steel are calculated according to the formulae in light of the contents of chrome and silicon in the high chrome steel ball, and finally, the contents of chrome and silicon in the high chrome steel ball are obtained to meet the design requirements. Compared with the prior art, silicon iron needs not to be added in the production and operation process to adjust the content of silicon, so that precise control of the contents of chrome and silicon in the high chrome steel ball are realized. Furthermore, the operating step is simplified, and the operating risk is reduced.
