A foundation pit barrier gate automatic control system and a control method thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to a foundation pit barrier gate automatic control system and a control method thereof. The foundation pit barrier gate automatic control system comprises a PLC controller, a human body sensor, an open travel switch, a closed travel switch, an alarm device, a clamp proof sensor, a motor-drive circuit and a motor which controls the opening and closing of the barrier gate. The human body sensor, the open travel switch, the closed travel switch, the alarm device, the clamp proof sensor, the motor-drive circuit and the motor are connected with the PLC controller. The human body sensor is installed in a foundation pit. The open travel switch, the closed travel switch, the motor-drive circuit, the motor, the alarm device and the clamp proof sensor are installed on the barrier gate. The control method comprises the following steps: the human body sensor detects whether people exist in the foundation pit; the clamp proof sensor detects whether obstacles exist below the barrier gate in a falling process of the barrier gate; the open travel switch and the closed travel switch respectively detect whether the barrier gate reaches a highest point and a lowest point; and the opening and the closing of the barrier gate are automatically controlled according to whether the people exist in the foundation pit, so that phenomenon that automobile above the foundation pit is started when the people are working in the foundation pit are avoided; in addition, working safety factors are raised, and the personal safety of the working personnel in the foundation pit is ensured.
本发明涉及一种基坑道闸自动控制系统及其控制方法。基坑道闸自动控制系统包括PLC控制器及与之相连的人体传感器、开行程开关、闭行程开关、报警装置、防夹传感器和电机驱动电路及控制道闸开闭的电机,人体传感器安装在基坑中,开行程开关、闭行程开关、电机驱动电路、电机、报警装置和防夹传感器安装在道闸上。控制方法为,人体传感器检测基坑中是否有人,防夹传感器检测道闸下落过程中道闸下方是否有障碍物,开行程开关、闭行程开关分别检测道闸是否到最高点、最低点,根据基坑内是否有人自动控制道闸开闭,避免基坑内还有人在作业却开动基坑上汽车的现象发生,提高作业安全系数,保障基坑内作业人员的人身安全。
