Abstract

本发明公开了一种铸态使用的高锰钢衬板的铸造工艺,其具体包括有金属型的设计与加工、金属型覆砂、熔炼浇铸、冷却及精整步骤。本发明有效地将浇注系统和冒口补缩系统统一起来,合二为一,有效地提高了冒口的补缩能力;本发明利用金属型的快速冷却能力,浇入的钢水快速凝固,高锰钢衬板晶粒细化,内部缩松、缩孔缺陷减少,表面光洁度及尺寸精度大幅提高,有效地提高了产品质量,降低了生产成本,提高了衬板的使用寿命。
The invention discloses an as-cast high-manganese steel liner plate casting process. The as-cast high-manganese steel liner plate casting process comprises the following specific steps of designing and processing a metal mould, sanding the metal mould, smelting and casting, cooling and finishing. By the as-cast high-manganese steel liner plate casting process, a casting system and a riser feeding system are effectively combined into one and the riser feeding capability is effectively improved; by virtue of the rapid metal mould cooling capacity, cast molten steel is rapidly solidified; and a high-manganese steel liner plate is featured with grain refinement and internal shrinkage, shrinkage defects are reduced, and the surface finish and the dimensional accuracy are greatly improved, thus effectively improving the product quality, reducing the production costs and improving the service life of the liner plate.
