Method and treating system for removing dioxins from etching waste liquid, and application

Abstract

A method for removing dioxins from an etching waste liquid comprises the steps: the etching waste liquid is filled into a storage tank; the etching waste liquid in the storage tank is pumped successively into a first-level precise filtering container provided with a first-level precise filtering core, a second-level precise filtering container provided with a second-level precise filtering core, an activated carbon adsorption container provided with activated carbon, a third-level precise filtering container provided with a third-level precise filtering core, and a reaction container; the etching waste liquid in the storage tank is treated successively by the first-level precise filtering core in the first-level precise filtering container, the second-level precise filtering core in the second-level precise filtering container, the activated carbon in the activated carbon adsorption container, and the third-level precise filtering core in the third-level precise filtering container and then arrives at the reaction container, and thus the etching waste liquid having dioxins removed is obtained. The method has the advantages of high efficiency, no pollution, simple operation, low running cost and the like, and is suitable for dioxins removing treatment of large-batch printed-circuit board etching waste liquid.
一种从蚀刻废液中去除二噁英的方法,包括:将蚀刻废液装入储存罐内;储存罐内的蚀刻废液被泵入依次通过装有第一级精密滤芯的第一级精密过滤容器、装有第二级精密滤芯的第二级精密过滤容器、装有活性炭的活性炭吸附容器、装有第三级精密滤芯的第三级精密过滤容器和反应容器内,储存罐内的蚀刻废液依次经第一级精密过滤容器内的第一级精密滤芯、第二级精密过滤容器内的第二级精密滤芯、活性炭吸附容器内的活性炭和第三级精密过滤容器内的第三级精密滤芯处理后到达反应容器内,就得到了除去二噁英后的蚀刻废液。本发明方法具有高效、无污染、操作简单和运行成本低等优点,适合对大批量印制电路板蚀刻废液的除二噁英处理。
