Abstract

Provided is a load adjusting compensation switch power supply. The load adjusting compensation switch power supply comprises an output voltage feedback circuit, an inductor current comparator and a logic driving circuit. The output end of the logic driving circuit is connected with the grid electrode of a power MOS tube; the feedback voltage signal input end and the feedback current signal input end of the logic driving circuit are respectively connected with the output ends of the voltage feedback circuit and the inductor current comparator; the two input ends of the inductor current comparator are respectively connected with an inductor current sampling end and a variable reference voltage; the output voltage feedback circuit detects output voltages and outputs output voltage square waves; and the voltage value VD1 of the variable reference voltage can be expressed in such a formula, VD1=(1+D)*VREF, wherein D is a duty ratio of the feedback voltage square waves, and VREF is a constant reference voltage value set in advance. By using the load adjusting compensation switch power supply, the precision of output currents is improved, and the sensitivity of the output currents to line input voltages and output voltages is reduced.
负载调整补偿开关电源,包括输出电压反馈电路、电感电流比较器和逻辑驱动电路,所述逻辑驱动电路的输出端连接功率MOS管栅极,所述逻辑驱动电路的反馈电压信号输入端和反馈电流信号输入端分别连接输出电压反馈电路和电感电流比较器的输出端,所述电感电流比较器的两个输入端分别与电感电流采样端和可变基准电压连接,所述输出电压反馈电路检测输出电压并输出反馈电压方波,所述可变基准电压的电压值VD1=(1+D)*VREF,其中D为反馈电压方波的占空比,VREF为预先设定的不变基准电压值。本发明提高了输出电流精度,降低输出电流对线输入电压和输出电压的灵敏度。
