Abstract

The invention relates to a middle ridge controlling method for an ultra-thin galvanized coil produced by cast steel plate (CSP) base materials. The method includes following steps that raw material plates such as strip steel in thickness h which is smaller than or equal to 0.6mm or larger than 0.6mm and smaller than or equal to 1.0mm are selected; a working roll of a skin pass mill is slightly raised, and the elongation percentage of the skin pass mill is 0.7%; tension curly reduction of an ultra-thin galvanized coil is controlled; reeling is performed by a misalignment reeling method. By means of the middle ridge controlling method for the ultra-thin galvanized coil produced by the CSP base materials, wave shape defects in the middle of the strip steel can be remarkably reduced, thin colored base plate shape qualities are greatly improved, the enterprise product image is improved, and product quality loss is reduced.
本发明涉及一种CSP基料生产极薄镀锌卷中部起筋控制方法,包括如下步骤:选择原料板:厚度h≤0.6mm或0.6<h≤1.0mm的带钢;光整机工作辊微凸度,光整机延伸率0.7%;极薄镀锌卷低降张力卷曲控制;采用错边卷取的方式进行卷取。能明显减轻带钢中部浪形缺陷,大幅提高薄规格彩涂基料板形质量,提高企业产品形象,减少了产品质量损失。
