Abstract

本发明提供电池。电池(1)具备:电池壳体(10),该电池壳体(10)由壳体主体部件(11)以及具有贯通孔(12H)的壳体盖部件(12)构成;与贯通孔(12H)卡合的铆钉(60);以及密封垫(70),在壳体盖部件(12)的周缘外表面(13c)与铆钉(60)的外凸缘部(52)之间夹装有密封垫(70),气密地密封贯通孔(12H)。壳体盖部件(12)具有如下形态:在使自身的周缘部(12r)与壳体主体部件(11)的开口缘部(11f)结合后的状态下,周缘外表面(13c)位于相比周缘部(12r)以及开口缘部(11f)靠沿着贯通孔(12H)的轴线(AX)朝向外侧的轴线外侧方向(HO)的位置。
A battery (1) is provided with: a battery case (10) composed of a case main body member (11) and a case cover member (12) having a through hole (12H); a rivet (60) that engages with the through hole (12H); and a gasket (70). The through hole (12H) is hermetically sealed between the circumferential end outer surface (13c) of the case cover member (12) and an outer flange section (52) of the rivet (60) with the gasket (70) therebetween. The case cover member (12) has a configuration wherein, in a state wherein a circumferential end portion (12r) thereof connected to an opening end portion (11f) of the case main body member (11), the circumferential end outer surface (13c) is positioned in the axis line outer side direction (HO) such that the circumferential end outer surface faces further towards the outer side along the axis line (AX) of the through hole (12H) than the circumferential portion (12r) and the opening end portion (11f).
