Abstract

The invention provides a toner cartridge with a novel toner cabin gear end stirring frame positioning structure. The toner cartridge comprises a toner cartridge body which is internally provided with a toner cabin; feeding worms are supported on two side walls of the toner cabin; one end of each worm stretches out of the gear end of the toner cabin; positioning clamping positions protruding outwards from the surface of the toner cabin are arranged in the positions with the end parts of the worms at the gear end of the toner cabin and are internally provided with sealing rings; through holes, through which the end parts of the worms penetrate, are formed in the surfaces of the positioning clamping positions. As the positioning clamping positions protruding outwards from the toner cabin body are arranged at the gear end of the toner cabin, a conventional worm shaft sleeve is replaced, the assembling process of the toner cartridge is reduced, and moreover, materials are reduced; the sealing rings are arranged into the positioning clamping positions from the interior of the toner cabin, the toner cabin is good in sealing capability as the gaps between the sealing rings and the positioning clamping positions are small, and therefore the reliability of the toner cartridge is improved.
本发明提供一种具有新型的粉仓齿轮端搅拌架定位结构的碳粉盒,其包括碳粉盒本体,所述碳粉盒本体内设有粉仓,所述粉仓的两侧壁上支承有送料蜗杆,所述蜗杆的一端伸出所述粉仓的齿轮端,所述粉仓的齿轮端的设有所述蜗杆的端部的位置上设有由所述粉仓表面向外凸出的定位卡位,所述定位卡位内设有密封圈,所述定位卡位表面设有用于供所述蜗杆的端部穿透的通孔。本发明通过在粉仓的齿轮端设置由粉仓本体向外凸出的定位卡位,取代了传统的蜗杆轴套,减少了碳粉盒的装配工序,而且,减少了物料的数量;将密封圈由粉仓内向所述定位卡位内安装,由于密封圈和所述定位卡位的间隙小,所以可使得粉仓的密封性更好,从而提高碳粉盒的可靠性。
