Abstract

本发明提供一种涂装前基层牢固度检测的材料,所述材料为附着力测试复合胶带;所述复合胶带包括:基层胶带Y1,其粘基力和剥离强度各自与所涂装的乳胶漆与基层之间的附着力和剥离强度相同;面层胶带Y2,其粘基力和剥离强度各自小于所涂装的乳胶漆与基层之间的附着力和剥离强度;以及底纸;所述各层的排列顺序从基材起朝外依次为:底纸、基层胶带Y1、面层胶带Y2,且所述基层胶带Y1、面层胶带Y2、底纸之间设置粘胶剂。本发明还提供涂装前基层牢固度检测的方法。
The invention provides a base fastness detection material before coating.
